Meat Slicers, generally speaking, are separated into Manual Meat Grinder and Auto Meat Grinder. And for Auto Meat Grinder there are also Manual and Electric Meat slicers. Generally the auto one is preferred, that means staff collect pieces of meat while the meat grinder working. To avoid from cut hurting, you'd better to operate this way-stop grind after enough pieces of meat, and put these pieces into box/plate, then start to grind again. However, in this case the meat is going to be softer and easy-melt. Appearance is not so good either. So the auto one is better, collecting while grinding. Actually Electric Meat Grinder is not dangerous. It makes you afraid just because the big blade.
In most hot pot restaurants, the Commercial Meat Slicersis preferred to be sharper. Because it's easy when you use blade to cut, and the appearance is much more beautiful. Also you can save resources. Besides, the frozen meat should be thawed for 3 to 5 minutes for easy grinded, the frozen meat destroy the blade very much.
